Dear Birthmother
Dear Expectant Mom,
Thank you. Thank you for your selflessness. Thank you for exploring what is best for you and your child. And most of all, thank you for considering us to be entrusted with your child. This decision is one that can only be understood by the people who have made the same sacrifice in the past. Although we may not know you yet, we have prayed for you, thought of you, and hoped for your wellbeing, and we will continue to do so. If chosen, we understand that what will be a great blessing to us will be so difficult for you. That is not lost on us, and we just want you to know we will be forever grateful for your love and selflessness in making this decision.
We promise to do our very best to love and care for this precious baby. We have waited many years to start our family, and we are anxious to help them learn and grow. We also will never let you and your sacrifice be forgotten. The beauty in adoption is the increased number of people who love and care for this child. We want them to know where they came from and that their mother gave us the ultimate gift.
Once again, thank you!
Our Home

We live in a small town in southern Utah close to a lot of national parks. We recently built a home on six acres of land, just down the road from lots of family. We live about five miles from all the schools in town. We have one dog and three ducks and someday plan to have some chickens and a pig. Our dog is a Lab named Lady, and she has quite the personality. She loves people and going on truck rides and hates when we don’t bring her anytime we get in the truck.
Our Family

We both come from big families. Chase has seven siblings, all of whom are married or about to be married, and 18 nieces and nephews. Three are married and two have kids, so we also have four great-nieces and nephews. Most of Chase’s siblings do not still live in the same town, but we get to visit them often, which we love.
Mikaila has three siblings, all of whom are married and have kids. There are seven nieces and nephews on Mikaila’s side, with two more on the way. Mikaila also grew up in a neighborhood with all of her cousins. She has 40 cousins, most of whom live in the same town and still see each other often.
Mikaila’s favorite family tradition is Sunday dinners with her family. Chase’s favorite family tradition is spending the holidays together and playing games.
