Dear Birthmother
We want to start by saying thank you for considering adoption and considering us to raise your baby. We know you love your baby and truly cannot understand this selfless journey you have embarked on. Please know we are appreciative of even being considered to raise your child and are open to any and all questions you may have.
We have dreamed of the opportunity to raise a child from the moment we met twelve years ago. We have spent over a decade getting to know each other and truly working on building a solid foundation to bring a child into our lives. If you choose us to be your child’s adoptive parents, we promise to give them a life filled with acceptance, unwavering support, and life experiences. We cannot wait to grow our family and incorporate existing traditions while making new ones and showing them all of the love and support they deserve. We also look forward to experiencing new journeys with them.
Lastly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about us, our family, and our life. We know a very difficult decision lies in front of you and respect your time and privacy during this time.
Our Home
In 2016 we were able to buy our first home, a four-bedroom house in a family-oriented subdivision in Texas. We purchased our home with the intention of having children, so we made sure to choose an area with highly rated schools and outdoor activities we would enjoy together. We live near the zoo, lakes, hiking trails, and more playgrounds than we can count. We have two fur babies, Delilah and Trooper. They are our two beautiful rescue puppies that love kids, and are treated as family.
Our Family
We are both blessed to have families that are involved in our lives and supportive of this journey. Our families come to visit often, and we travel to go visit them as well. Christin has an older brother and a younger sister. Evan has an older brother. Both of our brothers have two children, which means cousins for our little one.
We have been on multiple vacations between both of our families: Florida, California, Tennessee…usually anywhere that has a beach or is new and exciting. Holidays were always a very big deal, and in our home, it is your birth month, not just your birthday. Our extended families include our grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We cannot wait to surround a child with all the love and happiness we have to offer.
