Dear Birthmother
Neither of us knows what it is like to be in your position. The decision to pursue adoption for your baby is no doubt heart wrenching, but please know we are in awe of your strength and bravery while considering this difficult decision. We are incredibly grateful that you would consider us to care for, love, and support your baby as they grow.
We know adoption will completely change our lives. It is a journey we are excited and thrilled about. We are honored you are getting to know us more. If chosen, we can promise you your baby will always be loved and nurtured in our house. We look forward to sharing our love of movies, art, music, and local adventures with your baby. We cherish the opportunity to help your baby grow into a confident and kind person. Our families are equally as excited about the possibility of welcoming a child into their lives. They will also love and dote upon your baby as part of our family.
Thank you for considering us. If you decide to select us, please know your baby will become our number one priority and focus. We will do all we can to keep your baby safe, happy, and healthy.
Our Home

We live in a safe, thriving, suburban community northeast of Atlanta with great schools. In our little neighborhood, there are many children and a small park. We live close to several county parks and the local elementary school. We have five dogs. The oldest are our Golden Retrievers, Toby and Charley. The other dogs are a German Shorthaired Pointer named Frank, a Border Collie named Max, and a Great Dane puppy named Lykke (pronounced Like-uh). We also have two bunnies named Attila the Bun and Bunhilda (we call her Hildie).
Our Family

Cortney’s family lives in Maryland and includes her mom, dad, brother and sister-in-law, and sister, along with several cousins and two nieces. We typically visit them three times a year (once in the summer, at Thanksgiving, and at Christmas). We love making an overnight breakfast casserole to eat after opening gifts on Christmas morning and baking Christmas cookies. We always have a traditional crab feast during the summer. We love listening to music and playing board games after dinner.
Rob’s extended lives in the Atlanta area, consisting of his stepfather and a sister and her partner and their three children (one nephew and two nieces). Rob also has several cousins, aunts, and uncles who live in the Atlanta area. We enjoy taking our nieces and nephew to the movies, haunted houses, and other social events around Atlanta. We enjoy getting together throughout the year but especially on holidays such as Fourth of July for barbeque and fireworks.
