Dear Birthmother
We first want to commend how brave you are for taking this step in considering adoption. Being a parent is no easy feat, and we are so grateful you took the time to learn more about us as potential parents for your baby. With whatever role you choose to play, we will instill the love and devotion you have for your baby throughout their life.
Jason has always envisioned himself as a father and Kathryn as a mother, with Kathryn surrounding herself with child-focused jobs and Jason already being the favorite uncle. With some bumps along the way, adoption became our path. We are so eager to start a family and enjoy all stages of parenting.
If chosen, we look forward to raising your child to be their most authentic self, letting the goofy, serious, playful, and all other sides out to shape them to be who they are meant to be. With that, we’ll let them decide what their future might entail but also give guidance along the way. We can't wait to add a little one to our families, with cousins already on the way. They will be a joyous gift we could never repay you for except with the love and devotion we will raise your child with.
Our Home

We live in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from an elementary school, a large park, and walking trails. Jason works remotely while Kathryn has a ten-minute commute by car. Nestled in the middle of our neighborhood, we have many shops, restaurants, and a zoo within a short drive. We own a single-story home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and with a large backyard that is fenced, ready for a swing set! It's home for us as well as our two pets: Scout, a six-year-old mixed breed dog and Cadet, a one-year-old tabby cat. Both are relaxed and love playing with children. Our house is neat and tidy, but Scout and Cadet love to place their toys all around the house.
Our Family

Family means everything to us. With both being extremely close to our parents and siblings, we immediately told them of our decision to start our adoption journey, and they were nothing but ecstatic and supportive.
Kathryn grew up going to her grandmother’s for Saturday lunches, which her own mother looks forward to doing herself. Jason grew up going to his grandparents’ cabin with his cousins. Colorado has no shortage of amazing places for family outings! Kathryn cannot wait to start some of the same Christmas traditions her parents did, whether that is filling little ones’ shoes with gold chocolate coins for St. Nick or who can find the pickle ornament on the tree first as well as new ones like Elf on the Shelf. Jason grew up enjoying sports with his family and looks forward to one day standing on the sidelines at sports games if they chose to do a sport. And the most exciting tradition we cannot wait to start—family Disney trips!
We hope to instill the same fond memories we have from our childhoods. With both growing up in humorous, close, loving homes, we hope to bring all that and more to our own.
