Dear Birthmother

We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for you. We know this most likely hasn’t been an easy decision for you, and we’re thankful you’re considering us to raise your child. It takes a special type of love for a mother to decide another couple would be better suited to raise her child in ways she may not be able to.

We’re here to support you through this process and understand how difficult this may be. Know that a common bond between us is the love shared for providing the best life possible for your child. We couldn’t be happier you’re considering us to take on the role of raising your baby and will do everything we can to ensure they are loved, provided for, and have access to becoming the best person they can be. We are excited to take on this parenting adventure together!

Our Home

Home

During the pandemic, we built a four-bedroom home in a new community. We live in an 80-home subdivision with most neighbors around our age. There is a school nearby and many kids of all ages. We have a close relationship with our neighbors, and we come together to celebrate the holidays as a community and end every summer with a block party. We live less than ten minutes from a mall and numerous parks, including a splash pad. We have two dogs, Maxx and Bolin. Maxx is a ten-year-old shih-poo, and Bolin is a ten-month-old Boston terrier. We love our dogs and often have doggy playdates with our family’s dogs.

Our Family

Extended Family

We are very close to both families, who all live within 20 minutes of us. Both families come together for the holidays, which are hosted at our home. We host a small Halloween party every year, where family and friends come over to celebrate. We order pizza, pass out candy, and watch Hocus Pocus on a projector in our driveway around a fire pit.

For Christmas, we make one large table for everyone to sit at. We serve food family style and wear holiday pajamas to keep things comfy. We celebrate the season with an ornament exchange and white elephant gift game.

We see both families every week and all come together for Sunday dinner at Paul’s mom’s house.
