Race of child interested in adopting:

Caucasian, Caucasian/Hispanic, Caucasian/Asian

Dear Birthmother

Before saying anything else, we want to celebrate your courage and thoughtfulness in this incredibly difficult decision. We celebrate your willingness to look into adoption and giving a couple who cannot have children on their own to fulfill dreams and become parents to a wonderful child. We have dreamed of becoming parents but always thought in the back of our minds, “How will this be possible for us?”

This is absolutely not an easy decision, and we respect that to its fullest. We want you to feel comfortable in your decision 100% to entrust us to raise this child to the best of our ability 365 days a year (and then some). Please know we will give her the most loving home possible and protect her with everything we have as her parents. You hold an unforgettable place in our hearts that will always be grateful to you for this experience. She will be fiercely loved, protected, empowered, and celebrated each and every day as a member of our family. She is hand picked and chosen, and we are so excited for the possibility of raising her to be happy, healthy, and independent.

We are both very emotional writing this letter, but at the end of the day, we write from the heart and will cherish this opportunity forever. Please know she will always be loved no matter what.

Thank you for considering us!

About Us

We’re both old souls and big kids at heart and both knew we wanted to create a life together despite the challenges we might face; as long as we were together, it would not matter. When we first met, we realized and respected our differences. Andrew loves interior design and pretends not to see price tags, while Kevin is frugal and lives to see the next deal at Costco. We live close to both of our families and try to see them at least once a week for family dinner. Last year we purchased our new home, and we have spent the past year doing home projects and landscaping to settle in. We both have fulfilling experiences in banking and technology and experience in other fields as well.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always wanted to become parents; we talked about it on our first date. Andrew has always wanted to adopt ever since his mother wanted to adopt a baby girl after already having her hands full with three boys so close in age. We know adoption is meant for us since family is mainly formed around the people you choose to experience this adventure we call life with. We are so excited for the possibility of becoming parents. When we were younger, we had to almost accept that by being our authentic selves, it could never happen for us. Our ability to adopt is a gift, and we take that very seriously. We want the best for both parties throughout this process and beyond.

Our Home

Home

We live in a suburb of a top place to live in the great state of Texas, and we absolutely love it. This city has one of the best school districts and a competitive housing market we fought through so our future daughter can go to one of the best schools in the area. As for a pet, we are waiting for our future daughter to come into our lives. When she does and when she’s ready for a dog (absolutely she will not be shy telling us!), she can pick out her new best friend so they can both grow up together. Both of us always had dogs and got to pick them when we were little, so we want to continue that tradition with our child.

Our Family

Extended Family

We are blessed to have all four of our parents still married for over 30 and 40 years. They are great examples for us entering the next phase of our relationship and marriage as we can ask for advice or guidance.

Between us, we have four siblings and a total of twelve cousins. We all get together as much as we can, especially during the holidays. It is our turn to host our family this year for our families’ Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We love to host family in our home, especially Andrew; he loves to entertain family and friends. There is something about having a full home of family and friends that warms your soul. We spend our time together playing games, watching movies, and eating way too much. The great thing about having a big family is that we have family all around the country, which allows us to spend the holidays in Colorado, in California, and on our family's ranch in Texas. We can't wait to bring our future daughter into our big yet loving family.
