Dear Birthmother
We cannot begin to imagine all the emotions you are experiencing right now—anxiety, uncertainty, sadness, and so much more. Please know that whatever decision you make will be the right one for you and your baby. It was not in the cards for us to have biological children, but we did not want that to put an end to our dream of being parents. Our home is full of love, creativity, fun times, and wisdom, all of which we plan to share with your child.
We want to let you know that you will not be a stranger. This special child will definitely know who you are. Rest assured, this child will become the great person we all envision them to be. We are here for you and your baby! God tapped us both on the shoulder and told us to adopt, and we are happy to do so to become parents.
Our hearts will be full of gratitude if you choose to trust us with the future of your little one! What matters to us is love. We have so much love to give and promise to shower your child with love for the rest of our lives. They will never have to ask for anything.
Our Home
We have been blessed to live in a very friendly neighborhood within West Tennessee for the past 11 years. When we first moved into this neighborhood, it was filled with children, and several of them frequently visited our house just to spend time with us. But as can be expected, children grow up just as we do.
We are super close to several of our neighbors, and often look out for them and their homes when they are out of town. They are always happy to return the favor!
Our Family
We are both really close to our immediate families and regularly spend time with them. In turn, we feel blessed that both our families are close to each other as well.
Additionally, all of AJ's extended family resides in the same city and state as us, so there is no shortage of uncles, aunts, or cousins. Most of Brandi's extended family and her father reside in a state that is several hours away; however, we make several trips a year to visit them and stay connected.
We spend a lot of time with AJ's parents and sister, who has a husband and two young children of her own. Like his extended family, AJ's immediate family resides in our city and state. Brandi's brother also resides in our city and state, and we spend a lot of time with him and her father.
Additionally, we have a network of friends who love and support us and whom we love and support as well. We keep in close contact with this circle of friends.
Christmas is our favorite holiday, and we both enjoy taking family vacations. We cannot wait to share these favorite pastimes with your baby.
