Dear Birthmother
Thank you for taking the time to read our letter, and just know no matter what decisions you make, we will be there for you every step of the way. We cannot imagine what you are feeling and what thoughts are racing through your mind. Having a baby is one of the biggest events in your life, both mentally and physically, and we would love the opportunity to support your bravery and give encouragement throughout this process.
We are sure making this huge decision is challenging and scary, but we would like to ease your mind by guaranteeing, if you choose us, your baby will be in safe, loving arms as they grow and develop into their true self. We will be here with you every step of the way to help give words of encouragement and reassurance that your baby will always be put first. It is our job but also the greatest honor to show your baby nothing but unconditional love and understanding, teach them everything we can, and raise them to be independent and successful while also staying humble to appreciate it all.
They will be read to, taken to playgrounds to build friendships, and go on trips to experience the world and all it has to offer, all while never falling short on love and support from our families. We cannot wait to have experiences with your baby that will help not only them but also us learn how to be better people every day. Life is a journey that never falls short, and it is up to us to take those moments to make the best of it. We want to again say thank you so much for reading. We appreciate you, your baby, and your time spent going through this process.
About Us
We both grew up in Pennsylvania in two faraway towns. We met online and would regularly meet up halfway on weekends. When Anna finished college, we got a house together and soon after got married. A couple of years ago, we decided to build our new dream home for us, our dogs, visiting family, and future children. It has been a dream for us to one day raise children together, and we decided we would love nothing more than to give a child a loving home. Our hobbies include camping, hiking, biking, attending amusement parks, beaches, and festivals as well as traveling to spend time with our families. However, we also enjoy staying indoors baking, watching movies, and playing video games. Deana works full-time as an HVAC service technician, and Anna works part-time as a home health nurse.
What Led Us To Adoption
Growing up in caring, supportive families, we both dreamed of one day having a loving family of our own and giving a child the same experience. We have been considering all possibilities and decided adoption was the best option for us. Over the past years, we have had the pleasure of helping and being there for our five-year-old niece, who just made the idea even more concrete. Adopting a child will give us the ability to start our family while giving a child a home where they are taught about love, respect, and determination to be the best person they can possibly be. Anna’s sister was adopted as a baby, and she got to see what joy and excitement a child could bring.
Our Home
We built our four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on a quiet street with neighboring children in a new community directly across from the elementary, middle, and high schools. Our home is only a few minutes from a park, which we go to throughout the year as well as for Halloween trick-or-treating and their Christmas candylane. We are close to playgrounds, museums, and an amusement park. We built a privacy fence for our future children and our dogs; Dyson who is 10 and Lily who is 3. They have been with us since eight weeks old and love our six-year-old niece as well as being spoiled and going camping, hiking, and to the beach.
Our Family
When envisioning our future, we want nothing more than to be surrounded by the love and support of our family. We get joy from being able to host major holidays with both of our families.
Anna often visits her sister, mother, and father to take hikes, play Scrabble, and pick fresh fruit and vegetables to bring home. Deana’s family lives only five minutes down the road. We spend a lot of time with Deana’s sister, brother, mother, father, and niece, having barbecues and going swimming.
We take many yearly vacations with our family to new places. Occasionally we also take trips down to North Carolina, Maryland, and Delaware to spend time with cousins, aunts, and uncles. Family has always been very important to us both, and we are blessed to have their unconditional love and support.
