Dear Birthmother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you so much for considering adoption and for considering blessing our little family with the most incredible gift. We know this is such a difficult decision but hope there is peace and comfort in finding people who will fiercely love and support your baby. We will never stop being grateful for your courage and strength.
We promise to love your baby unconditionally and to work hard to create and sustain a home that is warm, nurturing, safe, and joyful. We will raise them to value kindness, perseverance, and authenticity above all else. Your baby will grow up knowing they are worthy of all the good things life has to offer. More than anything, they will be raised with the knowledge that they are loved beyond measure just the way they are, both by the two of us and by you. Our family won’t be perfect, but we will, however, do everything we can to be the very best parents we can.
Our Home

We live in a three-bedroom home in a vibrant neighborhood with tons of young families. Our home is on a quiet dead-end street where the neighbor kids play football, ride bikes, and generally have a great time. We live in a thriving city known for having one of the best school districts in our state. We live less than a five-minute walk from a beautiful park, a giant playground, and the city pool. We are also walking distance from the elementary school, the library, the ice cream shop, and some of our favorite restaurants. Our neighborhood is diverse, welcoming, and really a wonderful place to live. We share our home with our dog, Izzy. She is a gentle giant and absolutely loves babies and kids.
Our Family

Hannah comes from a pretty small family and is an only child. Her parents live in Illinois and are super supportive and so excited to be grandparents. (They’ve already said they plan to be called Mimi and Papa.) We enjoy meeting up with them on vacations. Hannah has four cousins and is especially close with her younger cousin, who has always been more like a sister.
Emily comes from a much bigger family. She is one of three kids, and each of her brothers has two children of their own. Emily’s mom is the #1 Grandma and can’t wait to have another grandbaby in the mix. Family events are full of love and excitement as all of the aunts, uncles, and cousins (around 50 people all together) gather at Emily’s grandmother’s house for holidays. There are kids of all ages running around, and it’s a beautifully wild celebration. We also get together every season for big combined birthday parties.
