Our Home
We live in Texas. It's a place full of life, diversity, and opportunity. Our neighborhood is filled with families, friendly neighbors, and is the kind of place where kids still ride bikes in the street.
We’re close to vibrant cities filled with world-class museums, parks, sports, and schools, yet we’re rooted in a quieter, family-friendly town with good schools and plenty of green space to play and grow. There’s always something to explore—and we dream of doing it all with a little one by our side.
Oliver, our Giant Schnauzer is eager to have a new best friend to protect and snuggle. Oliver is gentle, playful, and loveable. We know he’ll be the kind of best friend every child dreams of growing up with.
Our Family
Our story is one rooted in love, resilience, and connection. Heather grew up in the beautiful mountains of Montana, surrounded by extended family, wide open spaces, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. She’s incredibly close to her parents, who have been happily married for 39 years—a bond that has always guided her through life. Her younger brother was her first friend, and their childhood was filled with travel sports, camping trips, holidays with cousins, and backyard adventures.
Stephen grew up in a big, loving family as the fourth of five children. Though his parents divorced when he was young, both remain active, supportive presences in our lives. His upbringing was loud, lively, and full of heart—surrounded by cousins, aunts, uncles, and a large extended family that made every holiday, birthday, and beach vacation into a cherished memory.
Stephen’s military career has taken us across the country and introduced us to a wonderfully diverse community of friends and cultures. No matter where we’ve lived, we’ve found chosen family in every place. At the core of our lives is the belief that family is everything—whether it’s the one you’re born into or the one you build.
