Dear Birthmother

Dear Expectant Mother,

First, we want to express our love and support for the path you have chosen to go down with respect and support for your decision and would be honored to become part of your journey. We have hoped and prayed for the chance to raise a child with love, respect, and support and to nurture them as they grow into who they are meant to become. No child or parent is going to be perfect; we will learn and grow with this child, and they will be supported and encouraged to excel wherever they find their passion. With our professions, we are lifelong learners, and we hope to impress that love of learning on this young child.

Thank you for considering adoption. We do hope we are the right fit for your adoption plan, but we hope that in the end, you find the perfect family.

With sincerest thanks,
Jeff and Jessica

Our Home

Home

We live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in a small Ohio town. Our three-bedroom home is part of a welcoming community where neighbors always say hello—and their dogs often do too, barking playfully and inviting us to toss a frisbee! The town square is lively year-round, with a bustling farmers market in the summer and festive decorations and a Santa parade during the holidays.

Our home is filled with love—and pets! We have two cats, Toast and Marshmallow, and a rescue dog named Cherry. Marshmallow is energetic and always exploring, while Toast loves curling up in a warm lap for snuggles and naps. Cherry is a gentle, affectionate dog who loves cuddles and never misses a chance for a walk around the neighborhood.

Our Family

Extended Family

Jessica has a twin sister who lives locally. They are very close and spend a lot of time together doing things like walking her dog, Gandalf the Greyhound. Her parents also live close by and visit to celebrate life events and just to say hello. The entire family likes to have fires in the summer and sit outside, play games, and just enjoy the outdoors. Her dad always hosts a large pork dinner for New Year’s Day, and no one goes home hungry. You can often catch the family cooking meals together, having fish frys and hosting cookie baking days for the holidays.

Jeff’s sister has recently moved back in the state and we get to share many evenings with her. His parents live close by, and we spend time with them often doing things like seeing musicals and going to dinner. Jeff’s mom always makes a delicious baked good for celebrations and goes all out for birthdays. Jeff’s extended family lives all over the United States, but we meet up yearly for a family reunion. It is fun to see everyone and catch up on life’s events. We also see much of the family during our annual make-your-own-pizza celebration at Christmas.
