Dear Birth Mother,
Hello. We are Sandi and Tiffany, and we're grateful for this opportunity to be writing to you about our lives, home, family and friends. We would like to say Thank You! Thank you for being a strong, courageous woman. You choosing this path has opened the door for us to start the family we have been dreaming of. We understand that this was not an easy decision for you to make. We would like you to know that we have been excited and prepared to provide a loving home and life for a child since we had gotten married. We discussed all of the options for us, and we both came to the amazing decision of adopting, since Tiffany herself was adopted from birth as well. Seeing the love and life Tiffany was given, we knew we wanted to do the same for a child.
We want you to know that we are over the moon about becoming moms. We have already started discussing family vacations, holidays and even baking as a family. We are excited and ready for our next chapter together to begin with the pitter patter of little feet.
Our Home
We live in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Texas. It’s a beautiful home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room, and a gorgeous backyard with a pool. We share our home with two cute fur babies. We have a shih-tzu named Smokey and a micro-Frenchie named Bandit. Both are very loving and cuddly. When we were searching for our forever home, one of the most important items on our wish list was an area with great schools. Luckily, our home is just a few blocks from an elementary school, so we are excited we can walk our little to school when that time comes. We couldn’t have been more lucky to find such an amazing neighborhood and such loving neighbors.
Our Family
We both come from very loving families, which is why family is so important to us both. Sandi was born in Oklahoma and is the youngest of three with two amazing parents. Sandi has two in-law siblings and two nephews and one niece. She also has 13 cousins, four aunts and uncles, and one grandparent who is still living. Christmas is Sandi’s favorite memory growing up, always with a big family gathering. Now that they’ve all grown up, we do Christmas with our immediate family. We have a big dinner and a gift exchange then play games, laugh, and just have a fun time with family.
Tiffany was born in Texas and is the oldest of her and her sister, with two amazing parents. Tiffany comes from a large family. She and her family loved to travel all over. On Friday nights, Tiffany and her family would have pizza picnic night. They would order from their favorite pizza place and watch movies while having their pizza on the living room floor. Tiffany has 16 cousins. These past few years have been hard on our family. In 2018 we lost Tiffany’s dad to cancer, and in 2022 we lost her mom to pneumonia. Both of them were excited to become grandparents, so we will make sure our child knows all about them.
